Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It is likely that your order will be processed and shipped way before 30-days time, however it is just me over here! So, depending on the volume of orders needing to be processed, it might take a bit longer than expected! :) You will receive all shipping notifications to your email as soon as they become available!

All U.S orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10. Once the order has started tracking, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. 

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • China

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Because of the personalized customization of the jammies, crewnecks, and hoodies - we do not accept returns of these items. 

As for apparel items and other dog apparel items that are not customizable, we do accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and it its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order reminds damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopdymonds@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try out best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
